If you're logging into SelectPay for the first time, you need some information from the project team provided during your onboarding.

Cloud account username
Cloud account password

Database name
Log in to SelectPay
In your browser, go to your login URL.
Enter your cloud username and password.
Click SelectPay, and this will download a link to our servers.
If prompted, click Accept on the download within your browser.
Open Windows File Explorer, then navigate to your Downloads folder.
To launch SelectPay, double-click on the file beginning with cpub-SelectPay_.
When the login window appears, click More Choices.
Click Use a different account, then enter your cloud credentials.
Wait for the session to connect to our servers, and then your SelectPay login window will load.
Enter your SelectPay username and password, then enter the database name.
Click Logon.
Login URL
The URL is provided during your onboarding. If you do not know the URL, reach out to a colleague who uses SelectPay, as they will have it.
If you're unable to ask a colleague, raise a case with support, and we will provide it to you.
Cloud account
You'll be assigned a unique code which forms part of your cloud account. This will look similar to,
Cloud\PayXXXXXAdmin
Subsequent users will then be affixed by A, B, C, etc.
SelectPay account
There are no specific requirements for this account; however, it will most likely be unique to you, for example;
