If this error appears after you've updated SelectPay to the latest version, this is because the SelectPay connection is out of date.
To download the latest connection, follow the steps below.
In your browser, go to your login URL, RDWeb.
Enter your cloud username and password.
Click SelectPay. This downloads a link to our servers.
Open Windows File Explorer, then open your Downloads folder.
Double-click the file beginning with cpub-SelectPay_.
When the login window appears, click More Choices.
Click Use a different account then enter your cloud credentials.
Once you've logged into SelectPay successfully, we recommend you check:
Your version number shows the latest version.
Your licence key contains the correct modules, employee count, and user count.
Clear pay calculations to ensure parameter changes take effect.
