Clearing pay calculations will force SelectPay to forget the calculated values it holds for the employee and recalculate their pay. This can be useful when making changes to parental payments. To clear pay calculations, follow the steps below.
πNote: You will need to save and process any employees who have had their pay calculations cleared.
Click Payroll, then click Run Payroll.
Find and select the required employee.
π€Tip: To select all employees in the run payroll list, press CTRL + A on your keyboard.
Click Clear Pay Calculations.
A warning message will appear; click Ok.
