Error: 'The following RemoteApp program is not in the list of authorised programs'

I am unable to log in to SelectPay after the upgrade. I receive the following error message: Windows cannot start the RemoteApp program.

If you receive any of the following error messages after a SelectPay upgrade has taken place, it is likely caused by an outdated SelectPay connection.

  • The following RemoteApp program is not in the list of authorised programs: SelectPay 20XXr1.

  • Windows cannot start the RemoteApp program.

To download a copy of the latest connection, follow the steps below.

  1. In your browser, go to your login URL, RDWeb.

  2. Enter your cloud username and password.

  3. Click SelectPay, and this will download a link to our servers.

    • If prompted, click Accept on the download within your browser.

  4. Open Windows File Explorer, then navigate to your Downloads folder.

  5. To launch SelectPay, double-click on the file beginning with cpub-SelectPay_.

  6. When the login window appears, click More Choices.

  7. Click Use a different account, then enter your cloud credentials.

If the error message still presents itself after downloading the latest version of the SelctPay connection, raise a new case online that references the title of this article, and include your cloud account username.
