If you receive any of the following error messages after a SelectPay upgrade has taken place, it is likely caused by an outdated SelectPay connection.
The following RemoteApp program is not in the list of authorised programs: SelectPay 20XXr1.
Windows cannot start the RemoteApp program.
To download a copy of the latest connection, follow the steps below.
In your browser, go to your login URL, RDWeb.
Enter your cloud username and password.
Click SelectPay, and this will download a link to our servers.
If prompted, click Accept on the download within your browser.
Open Windows File Explorer, then navigate to your Downloads folder.
To launch SelectPay, double-click on the file beginning with cpub-SelectPay_.
When the login window appears, click More Choices.
Click Use a different account, then enter your cloud credentials.
If the error message still presents itself after downloading the latest version of the SelctPay connection, raise a new case online that references the title of this article, and include your cloud account username.
