FlexPoints are a way to request custom work, such as reports and payslips. To find how many FlexPoints you have available:
Log in to the Portal.
Click My Account, then click FlexPoints.
If the message, You are not a FlexPoints administrator, appears. To request custom work or become a FlexPoints administrator, contact your account manager.
If you wish to follow up on custom work that has been requested or is currently ongoing, you will need to contact your account manager or customer success manager.
