Occasionally, you may require an extra database; to do this, follow the information below under the relevant heading.
Hosted
Raise a new database request by using FlexPoints or directly with your account manager.
On-premise
We advise using an Access consultant to create the new database for you.
If you wish to create a new database yourself, follow the steps below.
Log into the SelectPay Administrator application.
Click New Database, then enter all the company information throughout the wizard.
Once the wizard is complete, the database will be created. It will automatically apply all the hotfixes and service packs that are installed for your most up-to-date version of SelectPay.

License key, user and employee count increase.
Logins for users.
Security profiles.
Product integration setup.
Company details.
SMTP server credentials.
Ensure parameters are correct.
Pay frequency pay dates.
Report file paths.
Nominal structure.
Departments.
