After a new release or a service pack, you will need to upgrade your SelectPay databases to the latest version. To do this, follow the steps below.
๐Note: If you are integrated with SelectHR, you will need to clear your pending changes in SelectPay.
Using an administrator account, log in to the server hosting SelectPay.
Press the Windows key and search for 'SelectPay Administrator'.
๐คTip: Make sure to open the current year SelectPay Administrator application.
Click SelectPay Administrator, if required, enter your login details.
Click Databases, and take a backup of each database.
Select the required database, CTRL + Click to select multiple.
Click Upgrade Database.
๐คTip: If the upgrade database option is greyed out, the database may already be up to date, or the wrong Administrator application has been opened.
Click Next, then click Finish.
Once upgraded, you will then need to apply your unlock key.
