After SelectPay has been upgraded, a new folder is created to hold the custom BACS file. If you are an on-premise customer, you will need to manually move the file over to the new folder. To do this, follow the steps below.
πNote: If you are a hosted customer, support will do this for you after an upgrade has taken place.
Log in to the server where SelectPay is installed, using an administrator account.
Press the Windows button, then click on File Explorer.
Navigate to the custom BACS file, your location may vary.
Default location:- C:\Program Files (x86)\Access Applications\SelectPay v20XXr1\SelectPay Service\Service\MetaConfig\BacsFormat
Right click, then click Copy the BACS file .xml.
Navigate to the latest version of SelectPay.
Default location:- C:\Program Files (x86)\Access Applications\SelectPay v20XXr1\SelectPay Service\Service\MetaConfig\BacsFormat
Right click, then click Paste.
π€Tip: SelectPay may need to be closed and reopened for the new BACS file to appear.
