Who is my Account manager AM or Customer success manager CSM?

There may be times when you need to contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Account Manager (AM). If you do not already have their contact information, follow the steps below.

AM

  1. Login to the portal, then click My Account.

  2. Click FlexPoints.


CSM

  1. Login to the portal, then click My Account.

  2. Click Contacts.


If you've been assigned a CSM during your onboarding, they will serve as your primary contact for account queries and any other concerns.

Should you not have an assigned CSM, your AM will be your primary contact for the following:

  • Contract and License key changes, such as an increase in employees or users.

  • Requesting custom work.

  • Updates relating to ongoing work being carried out by consultancy or professional services.

  • Case escalation.
