New cloud accounts can be requested through your account manager, as this may incur a charge. When increasing the number of users accessing SelectPay, you may need to increase your concurrent user count on your license key. To check this, follow the steps below.
Click the SelectPay
logo, then click Start Up Screen.Click the About Access SelectPay tab.
The number of users is under the No.Users column.
