If you need to reset your cloud gateway password, the process depends on whether you've forgotten your password or it's expired, or you know your password but would like to change it.
Forgotten or expired password
If you've forgotten your password or it has expired, follow the steps below.
Click Reset Password then enter your username.
Click Continue then complete the captcha.
Click Continue.
Once you've done this, you'll receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click the link in the email then follow the on-screen instructions.
πNote: The email may take up to 10 minutes to arrive.
Change password
If you know your password and it hasn't expired, but you'd like to change it, follow the steps below.
Log in to SelectPay then, on your keyboard, press CTRL+ALT+END.
Click Change a password then enter the relevant details.
Click Enter.
