Your Web Administrator account will use a cloud username; however, it is a separate account with a different password. To reset this, follow the steps below.
đNote: If you have forgotten the password, ask to speak with our support team, who will be able to reset it.
Log in to the Web Administrator.
Click your Username at the top right.
Enter your current password, then your new password.
Click Change Password.
