Error: 'Invalid Username or you are required to enrol to use this service'

When trying to reset my password I get the error message, invalid Username or you are required to enrol to use this service.

The error message is caused by incomplete cloud account details. This will only impact old or brand-new cloud accounts.

If you encounter this error message, raise a case with our support team, confirming your cloud account username and password reset email address you would like to use.
