Error: 'There is a problem with the configuration of your hosted account'

I cannot login to RDWeb, it keeps giving the error, there is a problem with the configuration of your hosted account.

The most common cause of the error, is caused by the cloud account not having the correct permissions to connect to SelectPay.

If you're using a new cloud account to login, or haven't logged in for a while, we may need to make further changes so you can connect to SelectPay.

Raise a case referencing the error message, including your cloud account username.
