Error: 'The logon attempt failed'

When connecting to SelectPay, I get the error message, the logon attempt failed.

The error message, the login attempt failed, is caused by an expired cloud password. Reset your password and attempt to log in again.

If you are still experiencing issues, raise a case including your cloud account username and any error messages being received.
