Sometimes, users forget their passwords. If the current password is unknown, you can use the web administrator or the SelectPay administrator application. To do this, follow the relevant steps below.
Web Administrator
Click Users, find and select the required user.
Click Reset Password, and enter the required information.
Click Ok.
SelectPay Administrator
Only privately hosted and on-premise customers will have access to this application.
Click Users, find and select the required user.
Click Set Password, then enter the required information.
Click Ok.
SelectPay client
If the user already knows their password and just wishes to update it, they can do this by following the steps below.
Log in to SelectPay.
Click System, then click User Records.
Find and select themselves in the list.
Click Change Password, then enter the required information.
Click Ok.
