Suspend or unsuspend a user

Error: 'Your account has been suspended.'

There may be times when you need to suspend or unsuspend a user, for example, if they've entered an incorrect password three times. The steps to do this depend on whether you use SelectPay on-premise or hosted with Access.

On-premise

  1. Log into your SelectPay Administrator application.

  2. Click Database then click Users.

  3. Right-click the relevant user then click Suspend User.

Hosted with Access

  1. Navigate to your Webservice Administrator website.

  2. Log in to the Web Administrator.

  3. Click Users then find and select the relevant user.

  4. Click Unsuspend User or Suspend User.
