The communications analyser can review historic FPS or EPS submissions to help reconcile payroll or for auditing purposes. To do this, follow the steps below.
Click Utilities, then click Communications Analyser.
Select the required submission type checkbox.
Select the desired search option checkbox.
Choose the required date range or month and year from the drop-downs.
Click the required submission and click Analyse.
Click Next, select your desired export format.
To choose a save location, click Browse, then click Ok.
Click Export.
