SelectPay contains a number of reports as standard, one of which is the Benefit List report, which can be used to give a breakdown of the Class 1A NIC summary. To do this, follow the steps below.
Click Payroll, and then click Reports.
Click Payroll Reports.
Click the + icon to expand Employee, then Schedules.
Double-click Benefit List.
πNote: The default filters should be left applied.
Click the year search type drop-down, and click Equal To.
Enter the required year into the From field.
Select the checkbox, Include Leavers.
Select the checkbox, Only Payrolled Benefits.
Click Excel.
Column R contain the Class 1A NIC total for the year selected.
