Enter student or postgraduate loan

Process student or post graduate loan for an employee.

You may have employees who are paying back student loans or post-graduate loans. To enter this information, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Payroll, and then click Employees.

  2. Find and select the required employee.

  3. Click Open Employee, and then click the General tab.

  4. Select the relevant checkbox.

Repaying student loan

  1. Click the Repayment Type dropdown and select the correct plan.

  2. Enter the Repayment Start Date, and click Save and Close.

Repaying Postgraduate Loan

  1. Enter the Repayment Start Date.

  2. Click Save and Close.
