Bulk assign pay elements

Apply a pay element to a group of employees.

You may need to apply a new pay element to all employees, for example, a new pension scheme being added. To do this, follow the steps below.

πŸ“ŒNote: You can't bulk assign if a leaver has been selected.

  1. Click Payroll, and then click Employees.

  2. Highlight the required employees.

    • To highlight individuals, hold CTRL and click.

  3. Click Assign, then click Pay Elements.

  4. Select the required pay element, then click Next.

  5. Click Assign, then click Close.
