You may need to apply a new pay element to all employees, for example, a new pension scheme being added. To do this, follow the steps below.
πNote: You can't bulk assign if a leaver has been selected.
Click Payroll, and then click Employees.
Highlight the required employees.
To highlight individuals, hold CTRL and click.
Click Assign, then click Pay Elements.
Select the required pay element, then click Next.
Click Assign, then click Close.
