You may need to apply a new pay element to all employees, for example a new pension scheme being added. To do this, follow the steps below.
๐Note: You can't bulk assign if a leaver has been selected.
Click Payroll, and then click Employees.
Highlight the required employees.
๐คTip: To highlight individuals hold CTRL and click. To highlight all press CTRL + A.
Click Assign, then click Pay Elements.
Select the required pay element, then click Next.
Click Assign, then click Close.
