Update standard pay elements

Roll out changes to a master pay element.

If you need to amend a master pay element and roll this out to employees in bulk, you can use the Update Standard Pay Elements wizard. To do this, follow the steps below.

  1. Take a backup of your data before making any changes.

  2. Click Payroll then click Pay Elements.

  3. Select the relevant pay element then click Update Pay Elements.

  4. Select Standard Pay Elements then select the relevant employees.

    πŸ€“Tip: To include leavers, under Employee List search, select the relevant leavers filters then click Run Search.

  5. Click Next then select the relevant check boxes.

  6. If required, clear the Also apply to Amend Pay check box.

  7. Click Update.
