If your SelectPay windows display overlapping icons, which can prevent you from navigating SelectPay correctly, it is caused by a caching error in the remote desktop application. To resolve this, follow the steps below.
πNote: You may need assistance from your local IT team to access the required folder.
On your local machine, press the Windows key.
Type the following into the search bar, %localappdata%, and press enter.
Double-click the Microsoft folder.
Double-click the Terminal Server Client folder.
Right-click the Cache folder, click Compress to ZIP File.
Double-click the Cache folder.
Right-click and delete all files ending in .bin.
