Icons repeating across SelectPay

If your SelectPay windows display overlapping icons, which can prevent you from navigating SelectPay correctly, it is caused by a caching error in the remote desktop application. To resolve this, follow the steps below.

πŸ“ŒNote: You may need assistance from your local IT team to access the required folder.

  1. On your local machine, press the Windows key.

  2. Type the following into the search bar, %localappdata%, and press enter.

  3. Double-click the Microsoft folder.

  4. Double-click the Terminal Server Client folder.

  5. Right-click the Cache folder, click Compress to ZIP File.

  6. Double-click the Cache folder.

  7. Right-click and delete all files ending in .bin.
