If you offer a cycle to work scheme for your employees, you will need to create a pay element in order to process the benefit through the payroll. To do this, follow the steps below.
📌Note: You will need to enable, allow negative quantities on the pay elements before you can process a salary sacrifice pay element.
Create a new pay element.
Select the type Earnings, enter a quantity of '-1'.
Ensure the following checkboxes are selected.
PAYE
NICees
NICers
Select any other pay element options required.
Click Save and Close.
Assign the pay element to the required employee.
