The error message is caused by the file path chosen not being accessible. This is often due to a mapped network drive changing location. To update the network path, follow the steps below.
Click System, and then click Security Profile.
Select the required security profile.
Click Open Profile, then click the File Paths tab.
Next to the DPS Viewer field, click Browse.
Navigate to the desired save location.
Click Ok, then click Save and Close.
