SelectPay can only display 500 unprocessed notices at once, and it will always display the oldest first. To remove the older notices, follow the relevant steps below.
Hosted
Raise a case with our support team quoting the article title, including your cloud account username.
On-premise
Click the Windows key, and then click File Explorer.
Click Documents, and then click Access UK Ltd.
Click Payroll, and then click DPS Viewer.
Click Downloads.
Highlight all the notices, and click Delete.
To only download new items, when downloading the notices, use the retrieve item since option.
