The DPS viewer will use the file path location in the user's security profile to confirm what has already been received and accepted.
๐คTip: If a user on a different security profile is using the DPS viewer for the first time, their file path will need to be updated.
If all users are receiving all items, follow the steps below.
Download all P6 notices using the Retrieve New Items checkbox.
๐Note: If you are a hosted customer, raise a case with support to carry out the next steps.
Press the Windows key and click File Explorer.
Navigate to Documents\Access UK Ltd\Payroll\DpsViewer\Downloads.
Highlight all notices and move them into the archive folder.
After these steps, only notices which have never previously been downloaded will be shown. If you need to retrieve any archived notices in the future, use the Retrieve Items Since checkbox.
