If you have changed who your company banks with, you may need to change your BACS format to meet their template. To do this, follow the steps below.
šNote: SelectPay contains templates for most major banks, if the template you need isn't available. Ask to speak to our support team with our support team and include the template required by your bank.
Click System, and then click Company Details.
Click the Bank tab, then click BACS Export Format.
Select the required format.
Click Save and Close.
