If you're already using RDB integration with SelectPay, these steps will ensure that the integration connections are up to date.
Note: First-time configuration of RDB and SelectPay integration should be carried out by a consultant.
Once you've installed the HR to SelectPay web service, copy the webservice URL into notepad, or similar, and update the link in RDB.
In RDB go to OPTIONS, then Manager.
Click Plugin Package Manager, then Plugins tab.
Select Fcs.RdbPlugins.SelectPayExport, then Options.
Paste in the new webservice URL.
Click Save & Close.
