Delete leaver records

Delete leaver records in line with GDPR.`

SelectPay allows the deletion of leaver records after 3 or 6 whole tax years, depending on the setting chosen. To do this, follow the sections below.

Set deletion requirement

  1. Click System, and then click Application Configuration.

  2. Click Payroll Configuration, and then click the General tab.

  3. Click the allow deletion of, drop-down and select 3 or 6.

  4. Click Save and Close.


Delete leaver records

  1. Take a database backup.

  2. Click Utilities, and then click Delete Leaver Records.

  3. Click Next, and then click Next.

  4. Select or deselect records as required.

  5. Click Delete, and then click Finish.
