Include or exclude round to the pound

SelectPay gives employees the option to round their net pay down to the nearest pound and donate the difference to a PAYE assigned to the pay element. To include or exclude round to the pound, follow the steps below.

Include or Exclude

  1. Click Payroll, and then click Employees.

  2. Find and select the required employee.

  3. Click Open Employee.

  4. Select or deselect the round to the pound checkbox.

  5. Click Save and Close.
