The SelectPay service is responsible for requesting and transferring data from the SQL server to client applications. If you are noticing system slowness when retrieving data from SQL, restarting the SelectPay service may help. To do this, follow the steps below.
📌Note: If you are a hosted customer, this is periodically carried out by our hosting team.
Using an administrator account, log in to your SelectPay server.
Click the Windows button, and type 'Services'.
Click Services, find the Access SelectPay v20XX r1 - service.
Select the service for your current version.
Right-click the service, then click Restart.
