Restore windows layout

SelectPay is not responding.

If you are experiencing issues with SelectPay, such as stuck filters or visual issues on the welcome screen, you can restore windows layout. To do this, follow the steps below.

πŸ“ŒNote: This will remove all personalisation on your account; any saved report filters or field chooser settings will need to be reapplied.

  1. Click the SelectPay icon, then click Restore Windows Layout.

  2. Click Ok.
