If an employee leaves your company, you need to provide them with a P45. In SelectPay, you can provide a printed copy, via email, or export. To do this, follow the steps below.
πNote: You can only provide the employee with one P45. If they lose it, they need to speak to HMRC.
Click Utilities then click P45 Wizard.
From the drop-down menu, select Printer, Email, or Export.
Select Unsent then click Next.
Apply any relevant filters then click Next.
Select the relevant employee then click Next.
Click Finish.
