Following the April 2026 Windows update, changes have been made to Windows Remote Desktop that require extra validation when connecting to remote sessions.

This is seen as a confirmation window for the remote desktop when launching SelectPay. To ensure you have access to your normal functions in SelectPay, follow the steps below.

⚠️Important: No changes have been made on the SelectPay or The Access Group side, and this does not indicate a security issue.

Selecting resource options

  1. Launch SelectPay.

  2. Select the following checkboxes.

    • Clipboard

    • Drives

    • Printers

  3. Select the checkbox, Remember my choices for remote connections from this publisher.

  4. Click Connect.
