If you require assistance installing the latest SelectPay release and accompanying hotfix, or carrying out the year-end process on one or more databases, we offer consultancy services to complete this work for you.

SelectPay year-end upgrade

This service is for on-premise customers only.
A member of the consultancy team will carry out a remote upgrade to the latest SelectPay version. Accompanying hotfixes may be applied at a later stage, depending on their release date.

SelectPay year-end processing

This service is available for all customers.
A member of the consultancy team will provide remote assistance in running the year-end payroll process.

Both services

To request both services, raise a case, asking for both a year-end upgrade and year-end assistance.

Once a case has been raised, our support team will pass your information onto the consultancy team, who contact you regarding your inquiry.
