The error message is caused by an employee's record missing the field address line 1 or postcode. To identify the employee and resolve this, follow the steps below.
π€Tip: An employee record must contain 2 lines of address. Address 1 and UK Postcode or Town.
Find the employee generating the error.
Click Payroll, and then click Employees.
Find and select the required employee.
Click Open Employee, then click the Personal tab.
Enter the employee's address.
Click Save and Close.
You will need to reprocess the payroll for the updates to show on the FPS submission.
