Reject and delete a pending change

Stop a pending change from constantly reappearing in the HR list.

Occasionally changes may come across from SelectHR that are incorrect, to reject and delete these changes to stop them from re-appearing, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Payroll, and then click HR.

  2. Click Pending Changes, find and select the required pending change.

  3. Expand the line using the + icon, then click the action drop-down.

  4. Click Reject, and then enter a note.

  5. Click Process, then click Finish and Restart.

  6. Find and expand the same pending change.

  7. Click the action drop-down, then click Delete.

  8. Click Process, then click Finish.
