Occasionally changes may come across from SelectHR that are incorrect, to reject and delete these changes to stop them from re-appearing, follow the steps below.
Click Payroll, and then click HR.
Click Pending Changes, find and select the required pending change.
Expand the line using the + icon, then click the action drop-down.
Click Reject, and then enter a note.
Click Process, then click Finish and Restart.
Find and expand the same pending change.
Click the action drop-down, then click Delete.
Click Process, then click Finish.
