Error: 'Computer can't connect to the Remote Desktop Gateway Server'

We are unable to connect to the hosted environment.

If you receive this error when you attempt to log into SelectPay, this is usually because SelectPay is being blocked by a firewall or proxy server.

If you use a VPN, you should try disconnecting from the VPN then reconnecting. If the error persists for more than two hours, we recommend your IT department checks the following:

  • Whitelist gateway.accessacloud.com on all firewalls and proxy servers.

  • Open port 3389 on both TCP and UDP.

This error can also appear when the service is unable to start after a server restart. If you're hosted by Access and the error persists after trying the above, raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
