New legislation for tax year 2025 - 2026
There are two new legislative features that employers may need to consider when starting the new tax year. Please read the relevant sections in the release notes for more information.
Employment Allowance: This is now available for most employers and should be set at year-end or within Company Details, if applicable. State Aid rules do not apply.
Workplace Postcode: This is now required for Freeport and Investment Zone employees and must be present before the first FPS of the new tax year.
