When updating the statutory return on the primary consolidated database, if you get the error message, It was not possible to import any statutory values - please check the defined file path on the company details screen and retry. It is caused by a missing file from the secondary database. To check that the import location is correct, follow the steps below.
Primary database
Click System, and then click Company Details.
Click the HMRC tab.
Make a note of the statutory return default import location.
Secondary database
Click System, and then click Company Details
Click the HMRC tab.
If the statutory return default export location doesn't match.
Click Browse, and navigate to the matching file location.
Click Ok, and then click Save and Close.
