Raise a case with our support team, confirming your date and time settings. To find this, follow the steps below.
Click the Windows button, and search for date and time settings.
Click Date & time settings.
On-premise
You will need to contact your local IT team, who will be able to ensure your machine and the SelectPay server are using the same region, date and time.
