If you receive the error message, no records could be found. Try amending the search criteria, when running a report. It is caused by a lack of matching data from your search criteria or the report itself. See the sections below for common causes.

Is the report designed to look at the current period data, such as the detailed pay run summary, if so you will need to action a save and process to generate the data required for the report.

Does the report look for a specific pay element, such a pension report, if no employees have a pay element flagged as a pension there will be no data.
