Click More Details, and then right-click and copy the error message text.
Press the Windows key and search for Notepad.
Click to open Notepad, and then right-click and paste the error message.
Click File and then Save.
Browse to a memorable location, and name the file appropriately.
Raise a case referencing the title of this article, and upload the Notepad file just created. If the error occurs when opening specific areas of SelectPay, include this information in the case.
