The error message, a server error occurred. Please contact your system administrator. It can have multiple different causes. To assist us in diagnosing the issue follow the steps below.
Click More Details, and then right-click and copy the error message text.
Press the Windows key and search for Notepad.
Click to open Notepad, and then right-click and paste the error message.
Click File and then Save.
Browse the a memorable location, and name the file appropriately.
Raise a case referencing the title of this article, and upload the Notepad file just created. If the error occurs when opening specific areas of SelectPay, include this information in the case.
