Any employees who still work for your company on 5 April require a P60. You must provide this by 31 May, either via email or a printed copy.
To produce P60s, watch the video or follow the steps below.
Select your P60 layout
Click System then click Application Configuration.
Click Document Configuration then select the relevant document type.
Select the relevant stationery layout then click Save.
Produce your P60s
Click Payroll then click Year End.
Click P60 Wizard then select the relevant location.
If required, select the Hard Copy check box.
Click Next then select the relevant filters, and enter the tax year required.
Click Next then click Preview.
Click Next then click Finish.
