You can change the logo on your payslips, if you use SelectPays A4 laser payslip (plain) layout. To find out which layout you are using, follow the steps below.
Click System, then click Application Configuration.
Click Document Configuration, then click the document dropdown.
Click Payslip.
The payslip layout being used is listed next to the stationary layout. If it is not A4 laser payslip (plain), raise a case for further guidance.
To change your payslip logo, follow the steps below.
🤓Tip: We recommend your payslip logo is in .BMP format, with the smallest file size possible.
Click System, then click Company Details.
Click the Company Logo tab, then click Browse.
Find the location of your logo, and then click Open.
Click Save and Close.
