We are thrilled to announce the launch of the Access Evo Mobile App!
As we bid farewell to our Access Workspace Mobile App, we invite all Access Payslip mobile users to transition to the new and improved Access Evo App.
The Payslip function will work in the same way; this just means that instead of logging into Access Workspace, you’ll log into Access Evo.
Benefits include:
Seamless Transition: Your current mobile functionalities will be available on the Access Evo App, making the move effortless for all users.
A brand-new UI experience: Making it easier to access the products you need, when you need them.
Copilot: AI assistance that helps you find better answers and put them to use without waiting. This is available for customers with Evo-accredited products.
Feed: A personalised feed of tasks and events that understands your role and the tools you use. This is available for customers with Evo-accredited products.
What do mobile users need to do
For employees who currently use the Access Workspace app to view their payslips, they simply need to download the new Access Evo app and uninstall the old one.
Each user should follow these steps:
Download the new Access Evo app, available in the Google Play or the Apple App Store.
Sign in with your Access Evo, previously Access Workspace, login details.
The navigation menu is at the bottom of the screen and may differ per person, depending on the products available to you.
Navigate to the products section. This displays all available Mobile apps.
Select Payslip - this will launch the Payslip Mobile URL in the default browser.
The user will then be authenticated with the Access Payslip mobile URL and be presented with their Payslip list. Each Payslip can be clicked on for more details.
Clicking ‘Back’, at the bottom of the screen, will take the user to their Evo products list, including Desktop versions. It is recommended to close this tab once finished.
The Evo app will remain available in the background until it is closed, and can be found alongside all other open apps.
The final step is to uninstall the old Access Workspace app.
