Pension data transfer is unavailable

The pension data transfer button is greyed out.

If the button has become unavailable after an upgrade or a license key change, it is likely to be caused by an incorrect license key. To check this, follow the steps below.

  1. Click the SelectPay logo, and then click Start Up Screen.

  2. Click the tab About Access SelectPay.

  3. Ensure the pension scheme integration module is listed.
